Bio-mechanics of a Gait in Walk or Run Cycle

I came across this great little post over at Cassie Wards' Blog, Artistry Gone Awry. This post has some great information regarding the mechanics and breakdown of our Gait. The Youtube vid at the bottom has a really nice  breakdown of a runners Gait.
