Animation Workflow: Tom Jech

I was reading a post over @ Speaking of Animation about Animation Comparison Reels....which is a good read so check it out. I linked to Tom Jech's page about a shot he did using one of the free Robot rigs out there. He documented his process which I see as a great insight to some animators thought process and posted it on his site.
