As other industries have changed, adapted and evolved to the digitization and globalization of the world, the visual effects industry has remained stagnant, becoming its own worst enemy.
While working at one of the world’s largest visual effects facilities, we saw amazing artists handicapped by inefficiencies, redundancies, lack of organization and an overall culture of fear and uncertainty. Yet these conditions were not isolated to just one shop, they are synonymous with the entire industry.

I don't have much information, but Scarecrow VFX is looking for a Junior Pipeline Developer with 3-5 years of facility experience. It's a new vfx company that is looking to do everything in the cloud.
