Animation Workflow: Jim Levasseur

I found this post the other day and its a great read and insight into another animation workflow. Lots of animators...not just newbies have a hard time defining their workflow and then putting that into text. Jim Levasseur does a great job at it and gives a really great breakdown of his process.
